Q: Do you offer in-home design consultations?

A: Yes, by appointment only. Call us. We will discuss on your needs and ballpark pricing to make sure we are appropriate for one another before scheduling a visit.

Q: What types of products do you make?

A: Custom entertainment centers, home offices, wall units, libraries, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets/vanities and fireplaces. Each unit is hand-made to order, sized to exactly fit your space.

Q: What woods are available?

A: We can work with most any wood you can name. In order of increasing cost, common woods are: oak, maple and cherry.

Q: How does that compare with your competitors?

A: When you compare apples-to-apples, our pricing is excellent. You may pay more here than at a good furniture store for comparable work, because our work is FULLY, TRULY CUSTOM, hand-made, one at a time, just for you. There are only a few shops in GTA offering similar quality service. If you receive a similar or lower bid elsewhere, ask questions about their materials and methods. Look inside, behind and underneath the finished product. ask about their warranties. Then compare that to ours, and call us back.

Q: What warranties do you offer?

A: One year on the finish and workmanship. (excluding all electrical hardware).

Q: How long does it take to get your cabinetry?

A: Upon signing a contract and making a down payment, we will quote a lead time, typically 3 to 5 weeks. We successfully deliver within this period for over 90% of the time! Lead times vary through the year, so call us for our current lead time.

Q: How many days does it take to install?

A: Figure on roughly 1 to 2 full work day (s) to install and clean each full wall of cabinets. Of course this may change depending on the complexity of a project.
